Business Development Manager

Explore & target new business, Leads & opportunities in software/mobile/web development domain (US/UK/Europe/India) Need to interact with the clients, take the requirement put them into the different documents like making the RFP, RFQ for the clients also assisting for online bidding (elance/Guru/Upwork.), follow- up email leads from our portal and send/develop proposals for web based developments, websites, web- portals we do in , PHP, SEO and also mobile apps projects as well. SAP implementation and support also. Candidate needs to put and bid for government project.

Communication Skills

Must be fluent in English and should have excellent verbal and written. SAP, knowledge is added advantage.

Technical skills

  • Experience in sales and marketing of services of company like website development, software development and mobile application development.
  • Experience in online bidding on portals like elance, Upwork,
  • Experience in cold calling / email marketing and potential leads generation.
  • Experience in internet based research via search engines and networking sites.
  • Can build a comprehensive database of Companies and Contacts.
  • Actively and successfully manage the process of lead generation and negotiate closures.
  • Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income.
  • Should have an excellent track record of achieving deadlines on time and ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Candidate should know to write proposals for projects. Deal Negotiations,Finalizing Deals with clients.

  • Client Interaction

  • Interacting/calling to CIO, CEO, CFO, Top Management, and Decision Makers for software/mobile/web development requirements and managing suspect to prospect conversion up till closure.
  • Maintain and build up regular ongoing relationship with your suspects through skype, linkedIn and other online social network sites sources Building and maintaining client relationships.Capable of achieving targets.
  • Candidate should be from an IT background. Good Command on English, both written &verbal.
